Christmas decorations DIY Instead of one large centerpiece do a few mini ones. Use goblets or hurricane vases, fill with epson salts and cranberries and top with a pinecone. This would be a fun craft the kids could help you out with too!

pinecone trees - I used epsom salts for the fake snow, and red bead garland cut to length for the red accent. I also added rows of red in the snow (touching the glass) for a total of three rings, glued some red beads in the 'brances' of the pine cone, and added a bow at the joint . Quite nice! I'll make more.

Beginner Level about 15 mins to create. - Take some old wine glasses or goblets, pine cones, Epsom salts and some holiday picks and you have a nice table decoration for the dining room, coffee table, dresser and/or nightstand for the guest room. NOTE: If you do not have the glassware - you can find different types of glassware at your local craft store, try vases, medium size glass blocks or hurricane shaped glasses.
