Parmesan Broiled Tilapia-4 Tilapia Fillets (defrosted if frozen) ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese ⅛ Cup Butter 1½ Tablespoons Mayo/Dressing (I use Hellmann's Light) 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice ½ Teaspoon Fresh Dill Pepper to taste Broil for 3 minutes. Take out and add parmesan cheese mixture. Continue broiling for 3-4 more minutes.
Finally actually made this one tonight! used 1/8 c of olive oil rather then the yogurt and 1.5 TBSP of yogurt. Turned out yummy! Will def fix again!! Broiled Tilapia with Parmesan (yummy recipe modified for the 17 Day Diet) -- use Greek Yogurt in place of butter and mayo! YUMMO!
