I've got to remember this when i start stressing about med school

It's not selfish to Love yourself, take Care of yourself & to make your Happiness a priority. It's necessary.

If you eat what you've always eaten, you'll weigh what you've always weighed.

One meal doesn't make or break your diet - it is consistency....but it still feels like it does :/
