Jell-o Play Dough Ingredients: 1 Cup White Flour 2 Tbsp. Salt 2 Tbsp. Cream of Tartar 2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil 1 Cup Warm Water 1 3oz. Package of Jell-0 Directions: Add ingredients together in mixing bowl. Mix until consistent. Pour into a pan and stir continuously over LOW heat.
