    I love avocados and enjoy rooting the pit and trying to grow an avocado tree. I have had one success story but then the wind outside killed it. Since it is summer, I am going to plant them outside in a pot and see if I have any better luck growing them. The pits are easy to root, and it is fun for kids as well.
