Enchilada Pasta Casserole -- ✔ this was right tasty. used 8 oz of cream cheese and about 15 oz enchilada sauce because that's what I had and didn't want to bother with halving stuff. also added a little dried minced onion. the casserole was meaty, cheesy, and plenty moist. made enough for 5 individual casseroles, 2 of which we ate and the rest are in the freezer - I'd make it again.

Seafood Pasta -Must make! -Totally Delicious! I did however make a garlic cream sauce to drizzle over. Yum! (heavy cream, garlic, salt, pepper... And I can't remember what else.. I sorta throw stuff together and regret. It writing it down..)
