    Cracker Barrel's Hashbrown Casserole: Ingredients: 1 2 lb. pkg. frozen Hash Browns 8 oz. Sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 stick butter 1/2 C. Chopped onion 2 C. grated Cheddar Cheese Directions: Place potatoes in a greased 9×13 inch pan. Season with salt and pepper. Melt butter in the microwave. In a bowl add minced onions, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup, and melted butter. Mix these items together. Pour soup mixture over potatoes; sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until all is completely warm, and the cheese begins to melt. I use this recipe, but I use square cut hash browns and top with butter soaked corn flakes, potato ships or crackers and mix in 1/3 of 2lb Velveeta block. Mix ALL together and pour in 9x13

Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole Recipe- Ingredients: 32oz frozen shredded hash browns, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can of cream of chicken soup, 1 pint of sour cream, 1/2 cup onion finely chopped, 2 cups grated colby cheese, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Place in a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake for 45 Minutes.

Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole. Tip: mix the soup mixture in with the hash browns instead of pouring it over top. Really good!
