GF Peach Cobbler Dump Cake - Lynn's Kitchen Adventures -- 1 can sliced peaches + juice (29 oz.), 1 GF yellow cake mix, 1/2 C butter (melted), 1 C chopped nuts (optional) -- Place peaches in 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle cake mix over, spoon on melted butter, sprinkle nuts.  Bake @ 325 for 50 mins.

Mini Peach Cobbler cook for 12 min at 350F 1 cup sugar 1 cup flour 2 teaspoons baking powder Dash of salt ¾ cup milk ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted Brown sugar Cinnamon 1 can peaches, diced

PUMPKIN CRISP. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 15 ounce can of pumpkin,1 cup evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. Sprinkle a box cake mix and chopped pecans over top. Pour one cup of melted butter. Bake for 60 minutes and top with whip cream. --Just what I need more reasons to love pumpkin.
