3 day military diet. Quick weight loss solution. I'm reposting this cause I did try it and lost about 6-7 lbs. It was easy and although I did'nt cheat at all however I need my coffee or I get a headache so I had just a half a cup black coffee in the morning. Will be doing it again this week.

The Military Diet on this. Day one wasn't too bad black coffee was killer and the peanut butter was too much grapefruit bitter as ever but the rest of the day went well. Not hungry at all
