Michael Symon's Rigatoni with Meat Sauce. I love Michael Symon. Used 1 lb beef, 1 pkg of mushrooms, chopped. Only 1 lb of pasta because we like it saucy. Used Cabernet and added 3 spoonfuls of sugar (personal preference) Amazing :)
