Ingredients: 1 can (28 oz.) Whole Tomatoes with Juice 2 cans (10 oz.) Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies) 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 clove garlic minced 1 whole Jalapeno, quartered and diced, ( I removed seeds because we don't like things too hot you could choose to leave them, that is what P-Dub suggested.) 1/4 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 cup Cilantro juice of one lime (She said half, I used whole)
Jalepeno Popper Dip - Not a fan of the bread crumb topping. Entirely too much of it. Think I'll leave it off altogether next time. Would also be good if you forego the baking process and just serve as a cheese ball.
