Quinoa Salads in a Jar. LOVE THIS! I made Fiesta and Asian. Can't wait to try the others! I did the small jars because I was worried about wilting greens. When it was time to eat I had to toss my greens in just a little more oil and vinegar because the quinoa had absorbed most of the dressing. So convenient and healthy for lunch.
