    wearing it out is exactly the point... its just a different look, I personally like the second look better than the original 'leather' look...

    yes it is Robin, that's why your actually making it thinner. If you have a lot of money you can do that, but I wouldn't recommend it. But like Mai said it could be useful for costume designers. Also if you have an old purse that you want to change the look ...
