I often get asked by girls who have never eaten healthy or worked out before.. where to start! I totally get how overwhelming it can be! Here are some basic tips I have for those JUST starting out on a health and fitness journey! =)
I'm all for motivation, but really... slut shaming is not cool. It puts women down and keeps the idea alive that women are judged based on their sexuality(whether they are an easy slut or a prudish tease). Women should be viewed based on their minds, or their accomplishments yet posters like this keep that from happening.
