Apple Pie Bars, OMG... these things are the best apple dessert ever! I made 2 batches, everyone loves them! i made a couple changes though... i used low fat buttermilk in the dough, instead of orange juice in the filling i used apple cider, for the topping i used regular sugar instead of turbinado. they were a big hit so the changes worked lol!

Mini Pumpkin Pie Croissants 2 tubes cresent rolls (open and split lengthwise to make more cresents) Beat until fluffy: 4 oz cr. cheese, 1 can pumpkin (not pie filling), 2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice, 3-4 Tbsp. sugar.
