"Walmart sells flat twin bed sheets in individual packages (meaning without pillowcases and fitted sheets) for a whopping $2.00. There is more than enough fabric to cover the typical bulletin board and they have a surprising assortment of colors. I actually like using the black sheets as a background. It allows the kiddo's work, borders and lettering to really POP! "
No Name Board- This is a great way to display no-name papers so that all the kids can see them. This would also teach students responsibility with making sure their work is turned in with their name on it. -JN
I LOVE how she used her board so that each subject can stay up throughout the day. A genius professor of mine once said that elementary school should not feel like a segmented day, "Ok we're done with that now next is this.." It should flow from one to another. This board organization would really help the flow of the day...
MUST DO!!! This blog is is a very creative way to organize the classroom. Love what she did with her bulletin boards: she put up fabric & doubled up with borders to complete the space. TONS of organizing ideas all in this one post.
