I love this idea because it looks complicated, but it's too easy! (White cake mix, red velvet cake mix, so four layers alternating between the two. With whipped cream and chopped strawberries in between and on top.) So pretty!
These are like little bites of HEAVEN. A muffin that tastes like a doughnut, dipped in brown butter and rolled in cinnamon sugar for a sweet, crunchy crust. Then topped with buttercream frosting and fresh cut strawberries. Amazing.

ATK: Make Homemade Maple Cream. Using maple syrup, little vegetable oil (opt) and salt (opt), boil to 235ºF, pour hot syrup into pan in ice bath. Cool to 100ºF approx. Remove and stir at steady pace with wooden spoon until it looks like clear caramel. Keep stirring (5 – 20 minutes more) it will eventually look like natural peanut butter.
