Honey Lime Shrimp. I’ve made it 4 times in 5 days. It’s so absurdly good. And so easy! I’ve marinated it from 30 minutes to multiple hours with great success. I’ve paired it with steamed, hand-mashed cauliflower (sauteed in a bit of bacon fat after steaming) and crumbled bacon.
