Gourmet Vegetarian Pate recipe on Food52.com it uses the weird"vegetarian" lightly, there is egg in the recipe, but I look forward to trying it, however I'd like to substitute the saffron for something else since its so expensive.
Art of Dessert: Best Vegan Waffles Ever. Super delicious! I did find that these stuck to my waffle iron a lot, even though my waffle maker usually doesn't have that problem. I would add some more fat to the batter or grease the iron next time.
