Whoa... Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min. Best Shrimp you will EVER taste:)
Meatloaf is a super easy meal to prepare, but it takes so long. Often you worry about if it is “done” in the middle or not. Instead of using a pan use a muffin tin! It cuts your baking time down to only 15 minutes AND best of all it is perfect for portion control! You can easily use them later in the week for leftovers too. why don't we think of these things!
Ultra-Crispy Roast Potatoes..one of my favorite side dishes. Microwave quartered potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain water. Drizzle a fair amount of olive oil over the potatoes, gently toss the potatoes, and sprinkle with oregano. Put in a hot oven 450 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until crispy.
