healthy pumpkin breakfast smoothie: 1/2 frozen banana 1/3 cup pumpkin puree 1/3 cup plain Greek Yogurt 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk (or vanilla soy milk if you have a nut allergy) a few shakes of pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice) sprinkle of cinnamon, pinch of clove (optional) 4-5 ice cubes, tsp of vanilla, Blitz in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
Pudding Pops! Just 2 ingredients: pudding mix (fat free/sugar free and they are only worth 1 WW point) and milk. Or yogurt for more creaminess. Mmmm... can't wait for it to warm up so I can make these!
