Travel Book Storage. Great idea for a road trip with kids! Materials: scraps of fabric (I used 6 coordinating-ish fabrics), interfacing or fusible fleece, ribbon and embellishments (optional), sewing machine, thread, cutting mat and rotary cutter.

this is a great idea for moms to help keep their car organized! Book holder for the car :) The pockets were cut to 8x9in. with a felt backing. I made all 4 pockets, then topstitched them onto a 11x30in solid panel of felt (front and back) that was sewn top and sides. I overlapped the pockets about 3 inches. Inserted a piece of cardboard into the solid panel and then finished the last side. Add straps, and done!

travel book holder – it would be useful to have a multi-space pouch like this for any car trip, though particularly good for keeping kids organized and occupied
