Love this! Unique. reverse stenciled dresser. this thing is gorgeous. she has a tutorial covering the whole process at her blog. She also gives an important tip: "Polycrylic is the way to go for a top coat that will go over both paint and stained surfaces, polyurethane will yellow any white paint you go over it with."

This is cute. I wonder if a similar theme on a child's dresser with the words stencilled would work as well. The words maybe cute phrases like "Frilly frocks", "Silly socks", "Warm and toasty" etc

Dresser Turned Bench- might take this idea and throw my own spin on it. make it lower to the ground. and ea. kid a window seat in their br. use the drawer to put blankets or as storage... a throw pillow to match the seat and maybe a little bookshelf on the side to hold a few of their favourite stories.

Recycled drawers appeal to me for some reason. I'd like to combine these with the shelves for suitcases in my craft/art room.
