Vegetarian • Serves 6-8


1 Leek, large
1 1/2 lbs Mushrooms

Pasta & Grains

3/4 lb Lasagna noodles, dried

Baking & Spices

1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1 Kosher salt
1 tsp Nutmeg

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin


12 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1 1/2 cups Parmesan
4 cups Whole milk

Individual lasagnas! "Lasagna cupcakes" You can make these in your Pampered Chef stoneware muffin pan or mini muffin tin. The mini size would be great for party appetizers!
