1 Leek, large
1 1/2 lbs Mushrooms

Pasta & Grains

3/4 lb Lasagna noodles, dried

Baking & Spices

1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1 Kosher salt
1 tsp Nutmeg

Oils & Vinegars

3 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin

Dairy

12 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1 1/2 cups Parmesan
4 cups Whole milk
