    Chocolate Mint Balls. Name not so inspired, but they are good! NO sugar in this recipe people! Just a few natural ingredients. I've been looking for a "work snack" recipe for hubby (hopeless chocaholic); something with a bit of protein that tastes good. These fit the bill!! Yum! I used half cashews, half almonds. I also added a few prunes for "extra sticky," because I put in a heaping tablespoon of plain protein powder. Takes minutes to make, and you get to lick your hands when you're done!

Hm...I may have to try this. I do love Lara Bars, but they are hella expensive and are either sold separately (even more expensive) or in combo packs at Costco (I only like two flavors), so this could work.
