Crock Pot Chicken & Gravy. I'm making this today. I changed it a little by adding skinless, boneless, chicken thighs and breasts sprinkled with a little salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I also added cream of chicken to the cream of mushroom and chicken gravy packet and 1/2 cup of water so the gravy would be a little thinner. I'll serve it over brown rice. Hope it turns out good!
Crock pot Hawaiian chicken. Use Targets Archer Farms Hawaiian Style BBQ sauce ($4.00) + 1 can pineapple chunks (drained). Family really liked it. And very easy, too. Check her other slow cooker recipes. (Aug. 2011)
Hobo meatball stew in the crock pot - I made this tonight, subbed ground turkey for ground beef, added 1 can of tomato puree since all the reviews said it needed more liquid, added garlic too. It is delicious and hearty. I will def be making it again before the winter is over.
Pesto Ranch Crock Pot Chicken Thighs ~ This slow cooked chicken dish could not get simpler. You literally toss the ingredients into the crock pot, close the lid and forget about it for a few hours. Love that!! The chicken comes out perfectly tender with flavorful pesto seasonings throughout. I like serving this chicken with my favorite mashed potato recipe and a little side salad.
