Crockpot Cabbage and Sausage recipe: lg Head cabbage(quartered & stem removed), 1 lb smoked sausage, 1 stick of butter, 1 onion, salt & pepper, 1/4c. water...layer cabbage, sausage, onion & butter; repeat until you've used it all. Scalloped Potatoes and Ham in the Crock Pot: 2 potatoes, peeled and sliced, Cooked ham, cubed – Use your own judgment, About 4 oz of Velveeta, 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of your fav soup. Layer each ingredient in a slow cooker and add a little bit of water on the bottom to help the potatoes cook. 8 to 10 hours low, 4 to 5 high.
