Recreate a similar table by using an old drawer and adding legs. Flipping through books at bedtime will remind you of the olden days when you shopped for CDs in music stores.

Totally need to make this bedside book holder for each of the kids. Easy peasy... two dowels, fabric and double curtain rod holders. Much better than the piles of books they have stacked next to (and on top of) their beds!

For the ridiculous number of books in piles around the house...you could even use one for storing library books, etc...hmmm:)

This hanging book shelf is so unique and, useful & spacesaving! LOVE IT!! Great for the kids room, or for the living room for magazines.

I like this for my books Daily update on my website: ediy3.com

front-facing book shelves- I think I want to do this in my sewing room!

build some industrial pipe curtain rods and other West Elm inspired diy projects

This is so ingenious and it eliminates the hazard that a book case poses such as being pulled down/over onto a little one if not secured to the wall. It looks like pinch points exist where the rods sit on the metal holders. Little fingers might be at-risk for an injury. If anyone has used this at home with little ones, I would like to hear your feedback.

Why buy a shelf when you've got everything you need in your own home? The Book to Shelf project is a fantastic way to organize your bulky books without having to purchase huge pieces of furniture.

Used in multiple diagonals or chevrons on a wall for series books especially same size paperbacks. Readable wallpaper.
