Pumpkin French toast. I am soooo making this. Update: Made this, finally. It has more of a mild pumpkin flavor than I expected but it's very good. I used twice the cinnamon the recipe called for, plus I used cinnamon chip bread from Great Harvest - it was awesome. I will definitely be making this again.
Baked Cinnamon Sugar Doughnuts. Seems too good to be true, but it can be done! Sub Eggs with vegan egg replacer such as Ener-g, sub milk with vegan milk of choice ( coconut milk might be extra delicious, or vanilla flavored soy even ) & lastly sub butter with vegan margarine/veg spread of choice, I always use Earth Balance.
