Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing Recipe. -- Would be greatly improved with onions and celery in stuffing. Used fresh green beans which was amazing. Also used a substitute for the 2 cans of soup (http://www.bunsinmyoven.com/2011/05/04/cream-of-chicken-soup-substitute/) --doubled -- which was v good.
Italian Crockpot Chicken -4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts 16 Ounce Bottle of Italian Dressing (I used non fat) 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese Italian Seasoning 4-6 Potatoes scrubbed cut in half or wedges (you can peel if desired) 1/2 bag of mini carrots
WW Pineapple Angel Food Cake 1 box angel food cake mix 1 large can crushed pineapple Directions Put dry cake mix in bowl (do not add the water as directed on the box). Add entire can of pineapple with juice. Mix carefully Pour into either a tube pan, 9x13 pan, or cupcake pan w/liners. Bake at 350 degrees for time on box for size pan apx. 30/40 mins. Can also use cherry, blueberry, or lemon canned pie filling instead of pineapple.

You can make this with 2 bone-in chicken breasts (about 12 ounces each) instead of thighs and drumsticks, if you prefer. Remove the skin and cut each chicken breast in half on the diagonal to get 4 portions about equal in weight. Serve with sautéed chard and whole-grain rice pilaf. #Chicken #Asian
4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Italian Cream Cheese Chicken ~ SO EASY 4 chicken breasts, 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning, 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 1 cans cream of chicken soup; Cook on low in crockpot for 4- 6 hours. I always throw in frozen chicken breasts at around 11 and it is ready by 5. (If sauce is too thick, add a little milk.) Serve over pasta or rice
