Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing Recipe....I make this in my crockpot. The recipe is the same, except after browning the chops, I spray the crockpot with non-stick spray, put the chops on the bottom, then I add thin slices of onion, the apple pie filling and the stuffing mix. It's a great dish for the Fall and Winter months.
Pork Chops with Scalloped Potatoes. I use the full gravy recipe for two chops. Double for full recipe. Potatoes should be sliced medium/thin. Be sure to salt, pepper and garlic powder or garlic salt the chops, gravy and potatoes. Excellent recipe!
With a kick from taco seasoning, everyday and ordinary take a backseat to new and exciting. You'll love this dressed-up version of the weeknight staple. These pork chops are tender, saucy and just right for the kids. —Fay Baswell, Lodi, California
