Healthy Dinner Side: Marinate thick sliced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar for 1 hour. Bake at 350 for about 7 min. Saute spinach and garlic with a dash of salt and lemon juice. Put spinach on top of tomatoes and sprinkle with low fat cheese of your choice. Broil till cheese is golden!
Cauliflower with Garlic, Olive Oil and Lemon Juice
Easy and delicious. I used garlic salt instead of garlic powder cuz thats all I had. Might've used a bit too much oil on the bottom and cooked a bit too long cuz they were a little too mushy for my taste, but overall delicious! Will definitely make again.
