I eat shit and I have lazy days meaning my progress is super slow. I need to improve BUT no matter how slow my progress or how many times I have setbacks when I do try I aim to try correctly and healthily. I will never resort to fad dangerous crash diets.
Here is to bring healthy. Feeling better so I can live longer & see my boys have their boys have their boys! I want to be that 90 year old with a quick mouth, sharp mind & contagious laughter that everyone wants at their house for holidays! I will be her!
