Crockpot Potato Soup - This was wonderful! I used cubed frozen hashbrowns instead of shredded. I added more onion and a few spices (garlic pepper, etc). I also put some bacon and cheddar in the crock pot for the last hour with the cream cheese.
Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup made this and it was yum! I used canned tomatoes because I couldn't find the juice and used 20 oz tortellini and milk nit cream. I blended with an immersion blender and everyone loved it!
