Cut squash in half, apply oil, cook face down for 30-40. Slow cook one half chopped white onion and 1 clove garlic in 2 tbs oil. Add 1 chopped red pepper and 2 heads of small chopped broccoli. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once cooked, add 1.5 c of tomato pasta sauce, garnish with a generous portion of chopped fresh basil. SO GOOD! http://bit.ly/I3pap9
Another great low (no) carb pizza crust! We added 1/4 cup parm. cheese to the recipe and left out the seasonings.. Super Duper!!! I ended up putting VERY little cheese on top and it was still delicious!!!! -andrea

Spaghetti Squash Noodle Bowl with Lime Peanut Sauce plus 8 other gluten free spaghetti squash recipes. AH - I made this recipe and I really liked the flavors and the amount of vegetables. I wasn't able to follow the directions perfectly due to mis-reading and ingredient mishaps but still great. I also added chopped jalapenos as a garnish since it wasn't very spicy.
Spaghetti Squash Sausage Lasagna Boats 246 calories per boat. I made this and it is fabulous!!! I added a spicy sausage and hot chili flakes to add a bit of oomph. I also used only 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese for the topping to further cut down on the fat and calories and it was still really good. This will become one of my go to spaghetti squash recipes for sure
