    Candles not allowed. No problem! Turn wine glasses into lamps by placing an LED tea light in a wine glass. Place paper lampshades on glasses. See save on crafts.com to find an easy wineglass lampshade pattern. To save even more money you can find wineglasses at thrift stores. I made twelve wineglass lamps for less than twenty dollars and that included the cost of the tealights. Place color cordinating decorative glass pebbles in glasses for that extra pop of color.
