3-minute eggs and prosciutto-wrapped bread

6-Minute Egg, it makes a great soft cooked egg without the frying. The ice makes it easy to peal.

3 minutes egg w/ toast soldiers... so easy yet so good!

Boiled Eggs: 4 minutes for a soft-boiled egg: the white is set and the yolk is runny 5-6 minutes for a medium-boiled egg: the white is cooked and the yolk is cooked but still soft 10-15 minutes for a hard-boiled egg; both the white and yolk are firm

Iused to eat this as a kid..... it's soooo yummy! Toast, eggs and a little bit of salt is all you need in the morning

Made these baked eggs today! Hybrid of this recipe and another. Buttered the ramekin (lightly!), put in 2 tsp. heavy cream, three eggs, some browned pancetta and topped with a mix of Romano cheese, chopped fresh thyme, and chopped fresh rosemary. Baked at 375 for 15 minutes. Served with toast made from crusty bread. In short - AWESOME!
