Incredible Baked Meatballs. 1lb hamburger, 2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan , 1 cup panko or bread crumbs, 1 small onion, minced, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, freshly ground pepper to taste, 1/4 cup minced fresh basil Mix all ingredients with hands. Form into golfball sized meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

My favorite fresh salsa... 6 Roma tomatoes, 2 jalapeño peppers, 1/2 red onion, 1 bunch cilantro leaves, Garlic, Garlic salt, Lemon juice, Lime juice, Orange juice. Cut, slice, or dice veggies to desired size. Add garlic, garlic salt, and juices to taste. Super awesome summer snack!

Chicken Ranch Tacos from the crockpot. Use 2 lbs. of raw (not frozen) chicken breast, 1 packet of dry ranch dressing, 1 packet chicken taco seasoning & 1 can of chicken broth. Put that all in the crockpot and cook on low for 3 hours. Then shred the chicken and let it cook on low for 30 minutes. Heat the taco shells and assemble your tacos!
