Spicy Fermented Ketchup: 12oz organic tomato paste, 1/4 + 1/8c water plus 1/8c whey (or use 1/2c Milk Kefir Whey or Water Kefir Ferment) 2T ACV, 1/4t mustard powder, 1/4t cinnamon, 1/8t cloves, 1/8t allspice, 1/8t cayenne, 1/2t salt, 1/4-1/3c honey.
