I was raised in the Hamlet of Norman Wells in the N.W.T. and then moved to Vancouver for high school. I started doing school and church plays when I was eight and continued doing drama in high school. I did my first year of professional training at Studio on The Drive in Vancouver and have trained at numerous places in Toronto.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees, while flouring the flat side of the crust. This will keep the pie crust from sticking. Poke 10 to 15 holes in your crust with a fork to help keep the rising down, begin to bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.    For the pie filling begin by beating 3 egg yolks and then add sugar, cornstarch and milk. Cook on medium until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat and then add butter, vanilla and coconut. Pour into crust and let cool...
