JALAPENO POPPER QUICHE - This quiche starts out with a layer of cream cheese that is topped with fresh jalapeño peppers, a creamy egg mixture and finally a layer of melted cheddar cheese. The whole thing is baked in an all butter crust that gets nice and crispy.
Bread Bowl Breakfast 8 crusty rolls 2 T. melted melted Salt & pepper Assorted fillings 8 eggs Preheat oven to 350. Slice the top off each roll and scoop out the bread inside. Brush the inside of each roll with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Let your family/guests fill the roll with their favourite toppings. Crack an egg on top and place on a cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 min and then cover with foil. Bake an additional 20-25 min, or until egg is set.
