    Bowtie Skillet Lasagna. Box of Bowtie or Farfalle noodles, 1 pound lean ground beef, 2 Tablespoons Olive oil, 1 (24 ounce) jar Spaghetti sauce, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning mix, 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream (I used Greek Yogurt since my BF doesnt like s.c.) Cook noodles while browning meat, add oil to noodles to keep from sticking while cooking. Drain meat, add noodles, mix. Add the rest, mix and heat through. -Dr House

Bowtie Skillet Lasagna - Life In The Lofthouse | This is really yummy! Tastes just like lasagna, but without all the ricotta cheese nonsense (both me and my husband HATE ricotta). I probably shouldn't have put in the Italian seasoning that the recipe calls for, because I used a sauce that was already well seasoned. I will make this again!
