Bowtie Skillet Lasagna - Life In The Lofthouse | This is really yummy! Tastes just like lasagna, but without all the ricotta cheese nonsense (both me and my husband HATE ricotta). I probably shouldn't have put in the Italian seasoning that the recipe calls for, because I used a sauce that was already well seasoned. I will make this again!
10 ounces Bowtie or Farfalle noodles 1 pound lean ground beef cooked 2 Tablespoons Olive oil 1 (24 ounce) jar Spaghetti sauce ( I use 'Ragu' Traditional) 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning mix 1/2 cup sour cream ADD everything to cooked noodles, stir and cook 10 min
Skillet Four-Cheese "Baked" Pasta - to save a dish, be sure to use an ovenproof skillet when making this 30-minute recipe. Add the pasta, sauce, and cheese to the sauteed sausage, peppers, and onions and bake in the skillet until hot and bubbly. Kids will love this recipe!!!
