Love this idea for a command center, but I, personally would not hang it somewhere guest might see. Maybe the laundry room. Now that's a room where a door is always closed in my house. lol

Organizing board. Love the cleaning list idea under the glass frame, and the fact that it's made with stuff from the dollar store! Would hang a regular calendar instead, so I can schedule stuff all year.

Household management station -- frame everything behind glass, then write on the calendar, update the meal plan, check off the to-do list with a dry erase marker. | I will be doing this when we get a house! Such a great idea!!!

A family command center like this makes it so easy to stay organized. Add papers to your AboutOne account as they come in, and you won't have to clutter up your boxes with every piece of paper you have ever received!

picture frames as whiteboards. check off lists, erase, and do it again.

Another great idea from Tip Junkie - I'm going to use the bucket idea. and of course write the names in vinyl - simplysaiddesigns...

Kitchen Command Center. I could use this idea on the inside of the kitchen closet door - especially since we are in/out of it all the time. Maybe incorporate chalkboard paint/paper. I want it out of sight but easily accessible and I think this might work.

Getting closer to the command center I want... This would work with a few tweaks.

Folders for each family member, hanging container for pins Not crazy about this one, but the general idea is awesome.

Kitchen Command Center - Oh goodness, LOVE this!! I really love the cord basket and Dad's basket! Our junk drawer would be no more! : ) I don't think I have a spare cabinet, but I like the idea!

Something similar for a "command station" aka mail/key/calendar area in the apartment. Mix art with various organization elements on a wall. Kitchen wall or over the desk. I would use the letter W of course :)
