Heirloom Tomato Tart. Made this for my birthday in August 2014 and WHAT AN INDULGENCE. You see the veggies, you think "light", but wow. Rich butter pie crust, rich cheese filling (I did a combo of feta, goat and ricotta) and superbly tasty homegrown tomatoes on top. Not an everyday meal, and I for sure should NOT have eaten more than one piece.
