I find this to be true. Being honest with yourself and others gives you a feeling of freedom. You have nothing to hide. You live your life in contentment with joy and happiness doing the things you love. You feel no need to angst about events and schedules. Ride the wave and what is right for you will happen. Anxiety lessons and joy overrides. Your welcome :)
