Displaying student's work - laminated pieces of construction paper and clothes pins with thumb tacks hot glued to back...

From Teacher Tipster....I found a use for bubblewrap! I wrote my students' sight words on the flat part of the bubblewrap and when they read the word correctly, they got to pop the bubble! I teach special needs kids so this activity had a dual purpose. It was sight word recognition and an occupational therapy/finger strengthening activity. They LOVED it! You could do letter recognition, number recognition, math facts, etc.

Great Strategy for student reflection! When discussing an issue in class, have students write their opinions and place them in a large thought bubble. allow students time to read and reflect on others' thoughts. (I think this teacher collected kids' writing and then typed up and posted anonymously -- another option!) Great for critical thinking and preview into a unit.

Display art in the window with plastic document sleeves, o-rings, and a tension rod! Nice idea!

"Hop Into _____!" Creating a frog classroom door display would be fun for spring, or any other time of the year as well.
