MY REVIEW: Creamy Grilled Chicken Piccata~ OMG this was amazing! Very Lemon-y and I used heavy cream and whole wheat penne. I also didn't marinade because this was last minute. I instead sprinked the chicken with lemon pepper, garlic powder and dried oregano and grilled it that way. DELISH!
Easy & Delicious. The chicken literally fell off the bone when I lifted it out of the crock pot to put on a serving platter. (PS-I threw some carrots in too, they were amazing, the kids even ate them)
chicken cordon bleu. I tried this tonight. Yum! I did it poor man style though with cheap lunch meat ham and Panko bread crumbs and made mini ones so I got twelve small ones instead of six large. Froze a bunch so I can just pop in the oven for dinner when I am lazy.
