I believe this is absolutely true. So many people come into the studio with an acceptance of their aches, pains, creaks and groans, not to mention chronic headaches, bloating and digestive issues. Then, when they begin to feel better, they awaken to what was once wrong because they now understand what "right" feels like. Pilates :)

you just can't seem to leave my head for some reason but i really don't care you always keep me sane when i think of you :D
