Thoroughly mix then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two.

NEW Life for OLD Cookie Sheets!

This link goes to a blog post about using a certain cleaner (a solvent which uses tee tree oil as a main ingredient) to get old cookie sheets and pots/pans clean. However, I found that filling a sink full of hot water and adding about a cup of vinegar to it, then using steel wool (which she also used along with the solvent), gets just as awesome (perhaps even more so) results without the cost of the cleaner. Pour into a spray bottle, add a drop or two of dishwashing soap (Dawn, Palmolive, etc). Shake it up then spray it on the stained area. When it dries, the stain should be gone. (Test in an inconspicuous place first to be sure the solution doesnt remove the color from the fabric.)
