This is what I packed for my 1st grader today (by request): Peanut butter & honey sandwich on whole-wheat (PB is allowed in her class), apples, salad (spinach, almonds, parmesan, raisins, olive oil), and plain yogurt mixed with a little pure maple syrup and topped with frozen raspberries. She said she loves to mash the raspberries with her spoon so her yogurt turns pink.
